9. Afagando com a grosa, depois segue-se a lixagem. Desta operação depende a forma final.

Smooth with file, then sand it. The final form depends
on this operation.
10. Aqui já com os tacos de madeira que
vão fazer centro.

Here already with the bits of wood who

11. A peça no seu lugar com o centro aparafusado
a uma peça de madeira que entretanto fora
colada ao PU.

The piece in place with the center screwed to a bit of wood previously glued to the PU.

 

 

12. Depois começa-se a encher já com gesso de
secagem um pouco mais demorada, para dar tempo
para trabalhar (nome Mecafino).

 

Then we apply simple special medium-drying plaster
(in Portugal is known by Mecafino),
to give us time to work.

 

13. À segunda demão começa a tomar forma.

The second coat starts to show us
that form we want.

 

 
14. Ir aplicando até começar a roçar a perfeição. Neste caso foi à terceira

Apply more until it is perfect for you. In this case at the third coat it stood alright.

 

 

15. Pronto!
O que se segue é a parte de fixação do gesso (fixador ou resina sintética) e tratamento como se fosse uma superfície normal de um automóvel.

Finished!
Fixing that dryied plaster follows (with some kind of fixer or sintetic resin). Then we treat the surface as it was car bodywork.
