1. A secção que entendi ficar bem feita em
cartão sandwich k-line. O pneu está protegido
com película aderente.

The station in thought was right cutted over
k-line cardboard. The tire is protected with
kitchen film.

 

2. Repetição radial.

3. Primeira cobertura com fita krepp.

First cover with paper adesive film.

 

 

 

4. Depois metem-se camadas de cartolina embebida em cola branca misturada com água.

Then comes the layers of light cardboard saturated in white glue and water.

5. Continuação do processo. Nas laterias as tiras
são postas na diagonal.

The process goes ahead. In the laterals
the layers are aplied in a diagonal way.
6.  Depois de seco - vários dias - é aparado com uma faca.

After the drying process - several days - it's trimmed
with a knife.
