Superfície bem espelhada.
Isto deu trabalho com fartura, mas o resultado compensa :)

Detail in one buck. Shiny and mirror like surface.
I had spent many hours with this job, but the final result rewarded me :)

Aguardam pintura e montagem final.

Rear mudguards already finished.
Wait for painting and final assembly.

284. Entretanto mostro aqui como está a andar
a feitura do tablier, constituído por um contraplacado
feito por mim com quatro camadas de faia de 5mm
de espessura. Foi difícil fazer estas essas finíssimas folhas. Uma quinta camada será colada a seguir.

Meawhile here I show I the make of the dashboard.
It´s made of a four layer plywood made by myself.
Next stage, a fifth layer will be glued.

de acabamento.

Already trimmed and in a later stage of woods.

Two gear knobs made with the help of a drilling machine (making the job of a lathe), a wood file and three types of sand paper.
Which of the two will choose?
290. Aqui mostro o fabrico das cunhas para
suporte dos farolins sobre os guarda-lamas traseiros.

Here I show the make of the wedges
for supporting the rear lights over rear mudguards.
