241. A peça do lado direito já cortada no alumínio final, sempre protegido pela tal película.
O pisca já encaixado no seu lugar.

The right side piece already cutted in 1.5mm aluminium, protected with the adesive plastic film.
The indicator light rest in its place.
242.  Pormenor.
Esta peça não foi usada. Por causa de um erro
foi parar ao lixo. Acontece!

Detail.
This piece was not used. Because of a
mistake it became trash. It happens!
243. Aqui vê-se a peça do lado esquerdo já formada.
Note-se o buraco em forma de '8' onde vai passar o colector secundário de escape.

Here we can see the left side piece already formed.
Note the hole with an '8' shape where will pass the exaust secondary manifold.
244.  Pormenor.
Esta falsa curva na parte inferior da chapa foi feita com o conjunto de dez pequenas quinagens.

na imagem nº248.

Detail.
That false curve in the bottom of the piece was made in fact with ten little folds by machine.
Below you  can see it better in image #248.
245. Mais pormenores do tal buraco em forma de '8' e do outro onde se aplica o pisca.

246. A peça direita já aplicada no seu lugar final.

247. Pormenor.
O corte de todos estes buracos é feito com serra de recortes e depois acertado com lima e suavizado com lixa.
Se utilizarem esta técnica não se esqueçam de se protegerem com a máscara do pó.

Detail.
All these holes are cutted with a jig saw, then faired with a fine file and finally smoothed with sand paper.
If you will use this technic don't forget to protect yourselves with the dust mask.
248.  Repare-se na curvatura feita com as tais dez quinagens.

Note that false curvature made with ten little folds.
249. Pormenores sob o chassis. Esta peça tem cerca de setenta rebites.

Details under the chassis. This piece has seventy rivets.
250.  Mais um pormenor, agora do lado esquerdo.
