231. Trabalhando na aplicação de farolins.

Working on the application of some rear lights.
232.  O trabalho acabado. Tudo a funcionar.

Work's done. All the electrics are working just fine.
233. De regresso ao roll-bar...
Recomecei a trabalhar os tubos que já estavam curvados e com a 'boca-de-peixe' há algum tempo.
Aqui vê-se parte relevante do trabalho entre a qual os cilindros roscados onde vai apertar o cinto de segurança.

Back to the roll-bar...
I restarted to work the tubes that were already curved and 'fishmouthed' for sometime.
Here we can see the main parts of the job included the threaded round bar.
234.  As peças no sítio certo.

The pieces in place.
235. Já soldadas. O resto do trabalho é fácil e já tinha sido feito uma vez.

Already welded. The remaining job is very easy to do and was made for the second time.
236.  Passados cerca de três anos pediam-me cerca de dez vezes mais para cromar esta peça. Decidi-me por pintá-la com uma tinta muito específica de côr cinzento antracite fosca.

Three years later was asked to me to pay about ten times the price I paid before to chrome this piece.
I decided to paint it with an anthracite gray color mat.
237. Aqui se pode ver melhor essa côr e tambem o acabamento das roscas onde aperta o cinto.

Here we can see it better and the detail of the finished seatbelt anchorages.
238.  Vamos forrar as partes mais difíceis do carro.
Comecei por utilizar velhos pedaços de alumínio de máquinas 'offset' para os ensaios.

Here we go to made those difficult pieces.
I started to make some moke-ups with aluminium used in those 'offset' printers.
239. Pormenores com correcções incluídas.
Note-se o nosecone já pinado com a côr final.

Note the nosecone already painted with the final color.
