213. Aí está uma parte que parece meter medo desde o início dos trabalhos: painelar a traseira. Começamos por meter uma folha de cartolina nos cantos. There it is a job that appears to make some fear since the beginning of the works. We start to put a sheet of light cardboard in each corner. |

214. Risco o topo dos tubos e dou-lhe mais 27mm para curvar, mas só nas partes direitas. Nas curvas fica mesmo assim. Mais adiante se verá como ficou. I draw a line leveled with the top of tubes. I add 27mm to make the sheet turn arround the tube at about 180º, but only in the straights. In the curves it stays like it is. Later we’ll see how the work stood. |

215. Retira-se tudo, corta-se e apalpa-se o trabalho. The cardboard is taken off, cutted and all is checked against the work. |

217. Agora resta meter uma parte de cartão mais sólido entre as duas partes. Now we put a heavier cardbord between the two parts of light cardboard.

molde é passado para a folha de alumínio. The mold is drawn in the aluminium sheet. |

219. Tudo é verificado com
muito cuidado. Se algo falha, toda a peça vai para o lixo. All are carefully checked. If something fails all the piece goes to litter. |
