171. ...E os suportes tiveram de ser feitos de novo.
 

...And new rack support brackets had to be made from scratch.
172. A forma como forma feitos. Desta vez até ficaram mais rigorosos.

The way I made them. This time they were made with more rigour and more strong, not by the book
(in material utilized, say).
173. Feita a rectificação e já pintada.

Ready and painted.
174. Até um tubo hidráulico teve de ser cuidadosamente desviado. Tudo interfere com tudo.

Even an hidraulic pipe had to be carefully moved. All pieces are so inter relationned that when we move one, we have to move (sometimes) several.

 
175. Aqui podem ver a forma como ficou o suporte da caixa de direcção, que foi aproveitado para segurar a buzina e ainda um tubo de aço inox de saída da água do radiador.

Here you can see the way the steering rack mounting
was used to secure the horn plus that stainless steel
pipe where passes the returning water from the radiator.
176. A instalação eléctrica está praticamente pronta
à parte alguns pormenores que esperam a sua
vez a seu tempo. Nesta imagem podem ver-se os
três novos interruptores protegidos com papel e
ainda algumas velhas tomadas que vão ligar ao
painel de instrumentos.

The electrical system is practically finish, apart
some items that awaiting for its time.
In this picture the all new three switches
protected with paper, plus the old connectors
to the dashboard.

 
177. Mais pormenores da electricidade. A velha caixa de fusíveis aproveitada, mas aquela peça de alumínio onde ela está fixa foi feita de novo.
A fiarada espera ainda ser toda envolta em tubo espiral.

More details from the electrics. The old fuse box reutilized, but the alu piece where it is mouted was made from scratch.
The wires are waiting to be envolved in convoluted plastic tube.
178. Aqui estou eu fazendo mais umas ligações.
Esta parte é fácil.

Here I am making some electrical connections.
This part is easy to do.
179. Mais uma peça aproveitada do velho Toyota. Neste caso é o controlador dos piscas e está montado numa peça de alumínio também feita de novo.

One more piece reutilized from the old Toyota. This time
is the indicator relay and it is mounted over a piece
home made.
180. Eis a peça vista de vários ângulos.
