112. Quinagem manual das costas do habitáculo em alumínio.

Manual folding of back of cockpit, made out of aluminium. 
113. Aqui está a peça já preparada e com os furos feitos (cerca de 100). Apliquei-lhe mastique especial
para garantir um aperto perfeito.

Here is the piece prepared already with the holes
(about 100). I applied twin beads of sealant. 
114. A peça em posição e já com alguns rebites metidos.

The piece in position and already with some rivets. 
115. Aí está ela já fixada. Note-se os buracos feitos para a passagem das brakets dos encostos dos bancos.

There it is already fixed. Note the holes made to give passage to seats brackets. 
116. Cortando a cobertura do tabique em
chapa zincor #20 (1mm) com a tesoura eléctrica.

Cutting out the scuttle cover, made with #20 (1mm)
steel sheet.
 
117. A peça formada. Primeiro calandrei-a, depois quinei-lhe as pontas que vão dobrar para dentro.
Ao lado vê-se o molde de cartolina.

The piece already shaped. First I curved it, then I folded the lateral edges inwards.
Nearby we can see the cardboard mold.
118. Tentando ajustar o melhor possível.

Trying to adjust the best possible.
119. A chapa já soldada. Atenção que durante o processo de soldadura foram utilizados grampos de aperto fixo junto aos pontos de solda.
Segue-se a rebarbação destes pontos.

The sheet already welded. Note that during the welding process, regular C-clamps were used near the welding points.
Follows the grinding of that points.
120. Na imagem da esquerda podem ver a chapa já rebarbada e isolada, pronta a aparelhar.
À direita o shoprimer já aplicado
